We are a company that travels (mobile notary) to or provides online notary services for our clients. We conduct closings at the title office, lawfirm, client’s residence, or location of choice.
We DO NOT have a storefront, retail location, or walk-in location.
A Notary Signing Agent is a Notary who has special training to handle real estate and estate planning signings. Title companies and signing services hire NSAs to deliver loan documents to borrowers, oversee the signing and return the documents.

Can you come to my home or office for the closing? Yes. We're 100% mobile and will meet you at your home, office, or another location that works for you, including evenings and weekends.
I'm buying or selling a home in another state. Can you help? Yes. Many of our clients sign closing documents here in Virginia for property in another state. Just have your title company or lender send the documents to us.
Do you handle electronic or online closings? Yes. We're familiar with In-Person Electronic Notarization (IPEN), Remote Online Notarization (RON), and hybrid closings.
What should I bring to my closing? A current, government-issued photo ID for every signer, plus anything your lender or title company asked you to bring. Don't sign anything ahead of time
