The Traveling Notary-VA, LLC is a Certified Notary Signing Agent and Licensed Virginia Title Agent (Producer) based in the Williamsburg area that was established in 2017 and designed to assist clients who desire personalized notary services not offered by traditional establishments or retail locations. They are a company that provides mobile or online notary services for their clients, including (but not limited to) General Notary, Real Estate Closings, and Apostille Services. We are certified by the National Notary Association, licensed, and insured.
We DO NOT have a storefront, retail location, or walk-in location.
We are a company that travels to or provides online notary services for our clients. A travel fee for mobile appointments or a technology fee for online appointments applies, in addition to the cost for each notarial act.

Real Estate Closing services
As a Virginia Licenced Title Agent (Producer) and Certified Notary Signing Agent, conduct closings for the following transactions: Refi, Seller, Purchase, Trailing docs, HELOC, Loan Mods, Loan Application, Reverse Mortgages, and Piggybacks. We can conduct closings at your chosen location or Online. We are familiar with In-Person Electronic Notarization (IPEN), Remote Online Notarization (RON), or Hybrid transactions. Printing, scanning, and faxing services are available.
mobile notary services
We TRAVEL TO YOUR LOCATION and offer notarial services not provided by typical business establishments during and after traditional business hours. Services are available by appointment only (Same-day services may be granted based on availability).
Printing, scanning and faxing services are available for an additional cost. Travel fees apply.

As a notary, we play a crucial role in simplifying the international document authentication process. We ensure that your documents are properly notarized and then coordinate the apostille process, which includes obtaining a special seal that certifies the document’s authenticity for international acceptance. Our services are designed to handle the Apostille process from start to finish or ensure that your document is properly notarized if you choose to handle the process.
remote online notarization services
We are certified Remote Online Notary in Virginia and use Pavaso, Secured Signings, OneNotary, and Notarize platforms to conduct Remote Online Notarial Services. Our online services give you the flexibility to have your documents notarized from the comfort of your home or office.
